The Concurrent List is also known as List-II which is a list of 52 items given in the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution of India. Under the Constitution of India legislative section is divided into three lists; Union List, State List and Concurrent List. Among the 52 items education is one of the item in Concurrent List.
